Flatbread Pizza  |  12. ea

The Revolution  –  Peppadews, smoked mozzarella, red sauce, dotted with pesto.

The Samson  –  Topped with carmelized onions, kalamata olives, gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese, and a red sauce.

The Ghost – White pizza with ricotta and blue cheese sauce, banana peppers, roasted garlic, and chives.

All pizzas may be made vegan.

Cheese Course  |  22.

Our updated Summer Cheese Course includes a trio of cheeses – brie, ricotta with clover honey and parsley, and aged blue cheese –  citrus mixed olives, dried fruit. Served with baguette. Comes with a 5″ x 7″ matted print from Revolution Gallery.

The raw power of Soul Butchers and their incredible cd “Skin on Fire” inspired us to create a drink made for the band. This exclusive to-go package includes a Mason Jar of TWO of these fiery cocktails – habenero chiles, passionfruit, lime, and Klir Red; truffled Tater Tots tossed with Parmesan Cheese, parsley, and truffle sea salt with a tangy dipping sauce; a Soul Butchers’ sticker and “Skin on Fire” cd or download. Shake it up and turn it up!

David Kane (composer, musician, bandleader, and performer and creator of Them Jazzbeards) is a multi-talent who continues to surprise and amaze with his music projects; including his performances at Revolution Gallery. “Splits Decision” (a track off Them Jazzbeards’ CD “Soundtrack for Highballs, Lowbrows, and Presbyterians”) is the inspiration for this Revolution To-Go Package: the bundle contains this classic CD of eclectic and unique compositions, “The Ghost” – a white pizza with ricotta and blue cheese sauce, banana peppers, roasted garlic, and chives; and Jazzbeards coasters where you can rest the two included bottles of Prosecco Splits as you kick back and listen to this timeless music.
