SOUL BUTCHERS

Saturday, September 22nd | 8:00pm

Loud, fast, fun, and a little dangerous, the Soul Butchers are a Revolution Gallery and crowd favorite. Make sure to wish Soul Butchers bassist Rob Barnette a “Happy Birthday” that night! To open the evening (and between sets), DJ Donut (Soul Butcher’s lead singer Justin Rowland) will be spinning a setlist of unique deep cut vinyl that is as weird as it is welcome. Only $5. cover at the door.

Formed in 2013, Soul Butchers are a high energy band with an intense sound that exceeds and combines genres from punk to blues to noise-rock, new wave, country, goth, and indie, all in the name of saving rock and roll. Heavy but not metal, they’ve shared the stage with Raven, the Supersuckers, and the Bloody Hollies, to name a few, and according to the Buffalo News, their “straight-ahead style is the essence of tattered, dirt-under-the-fingernails rock.”
