BikeorBar – located in the heart of the Elmwood Village, and is the 1st Spinning/ Indoor Cycling Studio of its kind in the city of Buffalo. With a variety of classes from Booty Barre, Indoor Rowing, TRX, CrosSpin, Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Surfset, TWERK, and PoundFit, their studio has been designed to invigorate, energize and transform your body from the inside out.

Work hard, rest hard! $20. includes an hour of yoga, followed by an hour of seasonal wines (and chocolate, of course) at the gallery wine bar.
