Steph Stevenson is an exhibiting gallery artist working out of her studio in NJ. A graduate of Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Steph graduated with a BFA in Illustration in 2016.
Steph has always been fascinated by nature; growing up in an area surrounded by woods she spent much of her time exploring secluded areas and discovering different plants and animals. Her connection with the natural world shines in her artwork, as Steph overlaps and interweaves flora with fauna in her paintings.
From the artist – “Combining elements of beauty and horror in nature through means of artwork. I enjoy playing with the juxtaposition and creating a sense of intriguing uneasiness. I enjoy working in multiple « styles » to provide endless flexibility in order to best express myself through my artwork.
When I’m not creating art you can find me adventuring outside, watching cheesy horror movies and going to local metal shows.”
