THE WITCHING HOUR – a spooky group exhibit

Calling all artists – you are being summoned to submit artwork for THE WITCHING HOUR a spooky group exhibit.
Revolution Gallery will descend into the shadows with a hauntingly beautiful group exhibition that celebrates the eerie, the uncanny, and the pop-surreal. We invite artists to conjure works that embrace the spirit of the season—whether ghostly, gothic, supernatural, or darkly whimsical.
Create a new piece of artwork, or submit one that has not been previously exhibited on the east coast. Accepted media: paintings, drawings, digital paintings (not AI), and wall-hanging sculpture. All work must be exhibit-ready and will hang on the walls of the gallery – nothing that needs a pedestal.
Submit an image (72 dpi / jpg image / no less than 800 pixels on the smallest side) of the artwork between now and until Friday, September 19th by 5:00pm. Please name the .jpg your name_title of the piece. jpg
With your image, please submit an artist CV. Please title the subject of your email “ARTIST SUBMISSION / THE WITCHING HOUR”

Selected participants will be contacted on Saturday, September 20th if their artwork will be included in the show.
- An artist agreement with show info will be sent to each artist selected
- NO fee to enter!
- All artwork submitted must be original – NOT a reproduction or print
- Artist may submit from 1 to 3 pieces
- Artists are responsible for shipping to and from the gallery
- Please use plexiglass, NOT GLASS, when shipping artwork
- Gallery commission is 50% of retail price of the artwork
- All artwork must be figurative – either human, animal, or a fantastical creature that lives in your nightmares!
- Submissions are open to exhibiting / working artists (18 years and older)
